What a great hotel! We were in town for my husband's class reunion, so we stayed two nights. The young man who greeted us at the front desk was so friendly. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was the perfect front desk employee. Our room was very clean. I'm kind of picky, looking for stray hairs in the bathroom, dirt, dust, etc. No complaints from me! The first day there, we were gone most of the day and came back to a totally clean room with the bed made, fresh towels and just everything looking tidy. We were so surprised because this rarely happens anymore, even if we request housekeeping services, which we had not. There were staff cleaning lobby windows and doors, vacuuming, picking up the kitchen area and they were all friendly. The breakfast area is fairly small but they had one of the best breakfast casseroles I've ever had at a hotel. The hot tub was boarded over, so it appeared it won't be available going forward, but the pool was good-sized, and would be fun for kids. It was definitely a great stay for us!

We have had a couple of different birthday party’s here, and had a small gathering here with pizza when my Grandma passed away and have always had a great experience here. Last weekend we visited for the Holidays and were sad to see the hot tub is no longer in the pool room. The General Manager overheard and offered to put us in rooms with hot tubs! She was awesome and we can’t wait to come back and stay in the hot tub rooms again. Best hotel in Webster City by far. The kids love the pool.

We recently booked a night at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Leslie at the front desk was very professional and kind. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the pool was warm. The only thing we were missing was the hot tub. We have come to this hotel for years for family gatherings in Webster City and no longer having the hot tub was a disappointment. We did book through a third party whose website showed it still being there, so this was NOT a case of false advertising directly from the hotel. All in all it was a very nice stay and we will definitely be back again. MANAGEMENT - PLEASE BEING BACK THE HOT TUB!

The manager, Leslie, really took care of me here. I have ocd, and can be a bit picky when it comes to things in my motel room, such as my dislike for 4K tv, and other things. She provided me with a remote, to change the TV picture, back to normal, so it was not 4K, and she handled all of my questions very professionally, without getting annoyed at all. They even sent me up with a room on the ground floor initially facing away from the parking lot, but I like to have My window facing my work, so I can check up on it once in awhile, so they were very accommodating there as well, by placing me in a room facing the parking lot. This place was extremely comfortable, very home like, the heat worked well, the cooling worked well, the TV and the large mini fridge, worked very well. The room was extremely clean, as were the hallways and the lobby. Leslie and her staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would truly recommend anyone passing through Webster, Iowa, to stay here at the AmericInn by Wyndham Webster City.

Consistent with clean rooms, and good food year after year. Continental breakfast has nice selection (but limited of allergy restrictions). Local homemade goodness on food quality and service. My first choice every time I visit.

Big shout out to Edker who was so kind during the check-in process. He was helpful when I needed something and took the time to make sure I found what I needed. He is a great example of Midwest hospitality. I stay at this hotel once a month for work and it’s always clean and the beds are heavenly. Check them out and say hello to Edker and the fabulous Leslie. Thanks for making my stays comfortable!!

I was in town for a wedding. I was going to stay in the other hotel, but I canceled that reservation and made one for this location. From the moment We pulled up I knew it was the right choice. The exterior alone says a lot. The place was fresh looking from outside to inside. The rooms were clean. we were able to check in earlier that the stated time without an issue. Even with the Hotel being pretty full. There were none that got out of control. The Breakfast was very good as well. They had all the usual cold items. as well as several hot. They had breakfast sausages, cheese omelets. a biscuits and gravy casserole that was very good also. Very pleasant stay.

Jill was fantastic. We had few snafues getting checked in but Jill was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Thanks Jill you made our night! 106 to 107 and finally 122 guests.
